You can hire Alshajr Developers for any length of time and development position, including full-time or contract positions. Alshajr will handle your payroll, infrastructure, rewards, and other logistics. In the case of contractor roles, we can also hire the developer as a full-time employee. If you need to hire more than one developer, our hiring consultant can assist you in filling multiple roles and even assembling entire remote teams.

You will own the intellectual property of all paid-for work as a client. We also provide an NDA to protect the confidentiality of your request, and the agreement covers all Alshajr Developers.

Developer candidates go through rigorous technical and behavioral evaluations on par with Silicon Valley. The technical aptitude, English fluency, communication abilities, and project management knowledge of developers are all tested. This vetting procedure includes:

In addition to having some of the top technical talents in their industry, we want to make sure that every Alshajr Developer can collaborate effectively with others remotely.

With a three-month guarantee, we charge a fee per hire for permanent full-time positions based on yearly pay.

There are two ways to pay for contract roles:

  • Retainer: Our full-time developers work for 40 hours per week and 160 hours per month. Unless otherwise specified, we will bill you the fixed sum every month. Even if there are competing projects, the developer's need to set aside time and work only for you while on retainer. If you want to guarantee the speed of your progress, this is the suggested course of action.
  • Hourly: The developer's will keep daily time logs, and we'll send you a monthly invoice. Every week, the developer's availability is constant.
